William page died in 1934, his work should have been in the public domain after 1984, the 1988 law extended the term to 70 years after the author's death; which by my count is 2004. All of the editions should be in the Public Domain. I seriously doubt Page will show up to contest their posting in the Internet Archive. I would leave these materials up unless someone comes forth with a valid claim which would require them being removed. According to current GATT agreement, after 2004 all of these are in the Public Domain.
